Walk in hours are not guaranteed, and appointments take priority. We highly recommend booking an appointment to ensure the best experience.
Are appointments required?
While not required during walk-in hours, appointments are highly recommended. Our goal is to help you find your wedding gown! With an appointment we can ensure that there will be a dedicated stylist working one-on-one with you for your full appointment! Come ready to say yes!

What is your price range for bridal gowns?
Our gowns start at $500 – $3,500, with most being in the $1,250-$2,500 range.
What is your size range for bridal gowns?
We have bridal gowns in bridal sizes 2-28.
I heard you are shoe free, is this true?
Due to the nature of our merchandise, we are shoe free. We want to make sure your wedding dress is perfect, a clean floor is necessary. Also, we want you to feel like you are at home. We do have free socks if you or someone in your party needs a pair. Feel free to bring slippers if you want to.
What about alterations?
It is highly likely that your dress will need alterations to get the very best fit. we don’t provide alterations in shop currently. there are experts who have the best equipment and skills to assist with your alterations, often with schedules that work better for our brides.
We have curated a list of our favorite local leaders in the alteration world here, and we are happy to share our list when you join the K&Co. fam, you are not required to use them, but they are fantastic.
Are you a consignment or resale store?
No. Our gowns are brand new and sold off the rack meaning you get to take your gown home the same day you buy it. If you are looking to shop consignment gowns, or sell your formal wear, we highly recommend Formally Yours in Fargo.
Return & Exchange Policy | All Sales Are Final.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to do returns or exchanges on our custom gowns, bridal gowns, formal gowns, flower girl gowns, bridesmaids dresses, undergarments, and party shirts. We do not offer returns on fabric swatches.
We will replace defective items if they are in the same new condition they were sent in. Any complaints must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Please remember on dresses you will also need to set aside some time for needed alterations.
Most accessory, jewelry, and shirt items ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take a bit longer.
